INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
Please take note that if you are purchasing online from outside of Australia, you may be charged customs duties and taxes.
These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost. Luxmii is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.
Luxmii is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.

When returning your goods back to us, if your total order value exceeds $1,000 AUD, duties & taxes will be charged for your package to be released. This fee will then be deducted from your order and a refund will be processed for the remaining amount.

What can I return?
As long as the merchandise you purchased is unused/unwashed and not altered in anyway – in other words, items are in its original condition including attached swing tags, we will happily accept your return and provide you with a refund, exchange or credit note.
We dot not offer refunds on Afterpay purchases. Please refer to the below ‘Afterpay Purchases’ section for more information.
How do I return items to LUXMII?
If you wish to return or exchange your product, please contact us at email@example.com and we will help you make a seamless and hassle free return! Please ensure that you return items using a secure tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for any items not received.
Please note that the refunded amount you will receive does not include the postage charges. Moreover, we are not responsible for shipping handling costs for any returned goods unless we have a special promotion offering free returns.
What about international returns?
Please note that for all international orders (outside of Australia), you are required to contact us within 7 days of receiving to advise of your return.
Your return may be sent back via a courier of your choice and this does not have to be express postage. When returning your goods back to us, if your total order value exceeds $1,000 AUD, duties & taxes will be charged for your package to be released. This fee will then be deducted from your order and a refund will be processed for the remaining amount.
Exchanges and credit notes
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or even for a different style (of the same value), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you’re after so we can put it on hold to ensure you don’t miss out as our stock numbers are limited.
Once we have received the unwanted item, we will send out the correct within 1-2 business days.
Please note that, at this stage we cannot offer exchanges to our International customers. We can however offer a credit note.
And what about a credit note?
If you can’t find what you are looking for on our site, why not get a credit note to the value of the returned amount! Simply email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with an electronic credit note (via email) valid up to 12 months from the date of issuance.
Our company policy and systems do not support refunds with Afterpay purchase, therefore all sales made through Afterpay are final.
We are happy to issue a store credit valid for 6 months or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Any package being returned to us requesting a refund which has been purchased through Afterpay will automatically be issued a credit note. Afterpay is a separate entity, and any queries in its regard must be emailed to them directly.
What about items on sale or flash sale returns?
Please note we do not refund sale items, this includes flash sales where discount codes have been applied. We are happy to issue a store credit valid for 6 months or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be picked and packed.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
We try our very best to ensure our goods are perfect before shipping them out in order to reduce the chances of you receiving a faulty item but on the off chance this happens, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In your email, please include;
- full details of your order
- your contact information
- and a description of the item(s) at fault (a photo of the fault/damage would be of great help!)
and we will be touch within the next business day to make arrangements for your goods to be replaced, repaired or returned for a full refund.
How to tell if my item is damaged or faulty?
All of our beautiful garments are made from 100% pure linen. Linen is light, breathable and naturally textured therefore the natural fibres within the fabric may have variations and imperfections, which means that every garment is unique. Therefore these imperfections though are not to be considered faults in the material. But we think that’s the beauty about linen and what gives it its unique rustic character!
All prices are shown in AUD at default. If you wish to view products in another currency, please choose from our drop down menu located on the top right hand corner of our site.
Please note that all orders are processed in AUD. If you choose to browse and shop the site in a different currency, the content of your cart will be also be displayed in the corresponding currency, however you will checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate.
